Cancellation, Return, Refund, Exchange Policy

At Haus of Quirks, we care about your satisfaction. Our quirky, curated products are sourced through third-party fulfillment partners, and as such, our policies are structured to reflect this setup while ensuring transparency and fairness.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or dispatched by our fulfillment partner.
  • Once the order is confirmed for shipping or marked as dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • To request a cancellation, please email hausofquirks@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • You raise the return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email hausofquirks@gmail.com with your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and photo/video proof.
  2. Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps. Return pickup (if applicable) will be arranged by the partner courier.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Slight color, print, or size variations.
  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned item is received and approved by our partner warehouse.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide your bank account details for the refund transfer.
  • Shipping or convenience charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or wrong.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer exchanges as our products are fulfilled via external partners and inventory is managed at their end.
  • If you received a wrong or damaged product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item (if available).

5. Important Notes

  • All cancellations, returns, and refunds are subject to approval based on our partner policies.
  • In case a product is not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation, it will be mentioned on the respective product page.
  • If an order fails to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or rejected delivery, reshipping may not be possible, and refund (if any) will be made after deducting shipping costs, subject to return approval.
