This Shipping and COD Policy outlines how deliveries and Cash on Delivery (COD) payments are managed at Haus of Quirks. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Timelines
- Orders are processed and fulfilled by our partner suppliers.
- Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the product and your location.
- You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
- Delays may occur due to courier issues, high demand, or holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping is free on most prepaid orders.
- Any additional shipping fee (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select products and serviceable locations across India.
- A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
- COD fees are non-refundable, even in the case of returns or cancellations after dispatch.
- Haus of Quirks reserves the right to restrict COD for users with a history of order refusal or misuse.
4. Returns & Refunds for COD Orders
- In case of approved returns for COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
- Customers must share valid account details for the refund process.
- Refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product is verified.
5. Responsibility & Limitations
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners but will do our best to assist you.
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout — changes after order placement are not possible.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated refusals, any refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting return charges and subject to supplier approval.
